Questions
Things parents ask us.
- Is this for moms and dads?
- Yes. It was written by both a mother and a father, and every page is meant for both of you. There is no hierarchy in grief here.
- Is it for any type of child loss?
- Yes. Any age, any circumstance. Newborn through adult child. Grief is grief, and this journal was made for all of it.
- Is this religious?
- It is spiritually supportive, but it is not tied to any denomination. God is referenced gently, and you are welcome here whatever you believe.
- Is it really free?
- Yes, always. No strings, no upsell, no hidden step. It is a gift.
- Can I print it?
- Yes. Take the PDF to any print shop, or use Canva Print. Many parents like having it bound so they can write in it by hand.
- What if I'm grieving alone?
- It works for you too. Every prompt can be used on your own, and the couples' exercise can be done with a friend, a sibling, or simply with yourself.
